During my stay at Rilets Resort & Spa, I found the location to be a blessing, nestled in the forest by the Rila Monastery. the staff, especially Didi and Kapka, were accommodating and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The spacious and comfortable room lacked air conditioning but remained cozy. the hotel's design and architecture blended well with the natural surroundings, creating a serene ambiance. I noticed some minor structural imperfections. the staff made up for any shortcomings with their genuine effort to provide comfort and convenience. A peaceful retreat but lacking some high-end touches for the price.
